Franc Business wasn't designed in a boardroom. It grew inside a working marketing agency — out of real clients, real retainers, real payroll, and the very real question every founder asks at 11pm: "are we actually making money on this client?"

Franc Agency was founded in 2019 in Târgu Mureș, Romania, as a strategic marketing agency. We grew the way agencies grow: client by client, retainer by retainer — and we hit the same walls every founder hits. Revenue in one tool, hours in another, contracts in folders, and profitability… in nobody's head.
So we built our own operating system. First for ourselves: client health scores, pipeline with automatic scoring, contracts, timesheets, cost allocation, monthly financial views, an AI advisor reading our own numbers. Our team ran on it every single day — it's how we managed the agency, not a prototype.
Franc Business is that system, productised — rebuilt as a multi-workspace platform so any agency founder can run on the same structure we use, without paying for years of trial and error first.

Your data is yours
Workspaces are strictly isolated, hosted in the EU, exportable on request. We run an agency too — we'd accept nothing less for our own numbers.
