Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Franc Business platform, available at app.franc.business, and the website franc.business (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by SC FRANC AGENCY SRL, a company registered in Romania (trade register no. J26/1416/2019, fiscal code 41326552), with registered office in Târgu Mureș, Romania ("Franc", "we", "us"). Contact: support@franc.business.

2. The Service

Franc Business is a business-intelligence and operations platform for marketing-agency founders: client and pipeline management, contracts and invoicing records, time tracking, cost allocation, financial views (profit per client, cash flow & runway) and related tools. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality as the product develops.

3. Your account and workspace

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity in your workspace and for the users you invite.
• You must be authorised to act on behalf of the agency you register.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other customers.

4. Free trial and fees

• New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required for the trial.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan as published on franc.business. Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle with prior notice.
• Where payment processing is active, payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Taxes (e.g. VAT) are applied as required by law.

5. Your data

• Your data stays yours. Client lists, contracts, invoices, time entries and all content you add belong to you.
• We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Workspaces are logically isolated: one customer's data is never visible to another customer.
• You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time at support@franc.business.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content;
• attempt to access other customers' data or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties as your own product;
• send spam or abusive content through any Service feature.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We perform backups and apply industry-standard security practices. Support is provided by email at support@franc.business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Franc's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Upon cancellation or trial expiry, your workspace may become read-only or suspended. You may request a data export before deletion; we delete workspace data after a reasonable retention period as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
